Chapter 706 summary

Bartolomeo arrives late to the Colosseum and is introduced as the hated rookie captain of the Barto Club with a bounty of 150,000,000 berries. He immediately provokes the crowd with an obscene gesture, triggering panic and a massive chorus of boos while declaring he will send everyone to hell. The announcer then presents Bellamy as the final B-block entrant, noting his loyalty to Doflamingo and his past as Dressrosa's vengeful bullet. In the medical room Bellamy approaches Luffy, recognizes him despite the disguise, and recounts his journey to Sky Island along with his determination to win the tournament and join Doflamingo's crew. Bellamy states he holds no grudge against Luffy and will no longer mock him. The tournament board displays the C-block and D-block rosters, listing the participants in each. B-block's 138-man battle royale begins with the bell, and fighters immediately clash across the ring. Dagama and Elizabello's group identify Bellamy as a threat and move to crush him first while noting that the formation resembles an army unit.
