Foxy
Foxy is the captain of the Foxy Pirates. He leads his crew in challenges known as Davy Back Fights to acquire new members and maintains a bounty of 24,000,000 beli. Foxy is known for relying on trickery during competitions and for possessing the power of the Noro-Noro Fruit that allows him to slow targets. His crew includes combatants such as Hamburg and Porche who assist in these games against opponents like the Straw Hat Pirates.
Appearance
Foxy the Silver Fox has a very long mustache and wears a mask during certain events. He is often shown with an intense glare and makes a signature hand gesture near his face when preparing attacks. Foxy appears in close-up panels with exaggerated wide-eyed expressions and sweat drops during moments of surprise or focus.12
