Leo is a warrior of the Tontatta tribe who operates in Green Bit. He allies with the Straw Hat crew during their operations against Doflamingo and participates in efforts to rescue allies and confront threats on the island. Leo is known for his sewing abilities and his role in delivering critical items while coordinating with figures such as Usopp and Robin.
Appearance
Leo appears as a small figure among large flowers and leaves in the forest clearing. He wears a crown along with goggles and a star-shaped hairpiece while standing on Nico Robin's shoulder.12
During later actions Leo dons a dark hooded outfit with goggles and a helmet. He maintains an angry expression with open mouth when confronting others directly.32

History
Leo swings on a rope during descent into the palace area where he and the Tontatta allies burst in shouting their arrival and calling out for Princess Mansherry. He later appears at night among flowers with Mansherry in an emotional context before waking to identify himself to Luffy amid the gathering group that includes Zoro and receives news of marine movements.131415
After waking Leo yells excitedly about Luffy-senpai being awake and reacts to the arrival of Vice Admiral Tsuru and former Fleet Admiral Sengoku while the group discusses the danger. He later decides to become a pirate in a festive context and leads the Tonta Corps as rank five in the Straw Hat Grand Fleet offering their alliance to Luffy.161718
