S-Snake
S-Snake is a Seraphim created as part of Vegapunk's project and modeled after Boa Hancock. She serves under the authority hierarchy that places Sentomaru above holders of authority chips and acts on orders from York during the events on Egghead. S-Snake is known for using powers that petrify targets and for displaying unexpected behavior toward Luffy that deviates from her programming.
Appearance
S-Snake appears as one of four small uniformed Seraphim figures walking through a high-tech city street alongside S-Shark, S-Bear, and S-Hawk. Her design includes a white dress that flows during movement and goggles visible in profile. She stands with a hand on her hip when facing York and makes a thumbs-up gesture while receiving instructions.12
During combat S-Snake leaps through the air with an extended leg while performing attacks and smiles while hearts float around her. Her small floating robot form with helmet appears near central figures in later scenes.34
Personality
S-Snake follows orders without question when directed by higher authority yet reacts with anger when addressed disrespectfully. She snaps at Jinbe for comparing her to Hancock and insists she acts solely because of commands given to her.5
S-Snake becomes furious when her actions are questioned and demands explanations while looming over those she has attacked. She ignores pleas to reverse petrification and continues her assault even after being addressed directly by Pythagoras.67
S-Snake acknowledges gratitude expressed toward her despite ongoing conflict and maintains a neutral expression with a sweat drop when her unexpected actions surprise observers. Vegapunk notes that her emotions toward Luffy mirror those of the original Hancock.8
Abilities and powers
S-Snake activates her Mero Mero power by chanting the phrase repeatedly and forming a heart-shaped hand gesture that produces motion lines and floating hearts. The ability causes stone transformation in targets struck by the effect.91011
S-Snake calls out Perfume Femur while delivering a kick attack that begins turning Franky to stone. She follows with Mero Mero Mellow while giggling and winking to complete the petrification on multiple members of the search party.1213

S-Snake stands with S-Hawk and S-Shark as orders are issued for battle preparation in a rocky landscape. Commands specify that Sentomaru take charge while researchers evacuate and Atlas returns to the labophase. A tall mustached man directs that Bonney be brought to the labophase above the clouds because the area below will become a battlefield.16

Under York's secret instructions S-Snake participates in attacks on the search party and later receives orders to position York visibly before others while promising to free her discreetly. She crushes Pythagoras after the group is partially petrified and walks away through the resulting devastation.217
Relationships
S-Snake receives direct commands from York to appear in front of everyone and to free her when unobserved. She gives a thumbs-up in acknowledgment and later stands before York while the hunt is declared.222
S-Snake's actions toward Luffy include undoing petrification on his comrades after which Vegapunk remarks that her emotions match those transferred through the lineage factor from Boa Hancock. Luffy addresses her directly while pleading for the release of his crew.8
Vegapunk expresses surprise that S-Snake's actions were not programmed and shows wide eyes with open mouth and sweat drops. A grateful voice thanks S-Snake for undoing petrification. Search Party Assault
S-Snake blasts the search party with a massive attack that sends everyone flying amid impact sounds. Lilith protests that she is a Vegapunk yet S-Snake will not listen to orders. The group realizes the sabotage reaches the Seraphim command system itself.20
S-Snake turns York into stone and continues moving despite shouts from the group. Franky fires a Bubble Gun that catches her in a large bubble made from sea energy. S-Snake slips free almost immediately and becomes furious while launching another attack.2526
