Chapter 647 summary

Wadatsumi crashes down amid crew banter, while panic spreads below as citizens realize the ship will crush Fishman Island. Luffy, battered inside an air bubble, repeatedly punches Noah to destroy it before impact. The crowd shifts from fleeing to cheering Luffy on, urging him not to give in. Shirahoshi decides the ship must be destroyed to save her people and apologizes to Joyboy. A voice commands Luffy to stop, and Shirahoshi pleads with him as the Sea Kings arrive to halt Noah in place. The Sea Kings explain that Shirahoshi's wish, amplified by Luffy's emotions, summoned them to lend their strength.
