Fukurokuju appears with spiky hair and an intense glare during direct confrontations. He wears a floral kimono and headpiece while holding a fan inside the treasure repository. His patterned robe is visible when he stands beside Hotei.456

Fukurokuju maintains a stern expression when confronting suspects and offers only one chance to explain. He smirks knowingly while identifying intruders and orders their capture without hesitation. His loyalty follows the rule that the Oniwabanshu must always serve the current shogun.789

Fukurokuju views emotional attachment as a flaw that makes a shinobi unsuited for duty. He mocks devotion to a dead leader and insists that feelings reveal the location of an opponent's true body. Fukurokuju remains calm while reporting intelligence even as Orochi rages.91011

Fukurokuju performs Ninpo Clone Jutsu to create multiple images of himself during combat. He extends his long earlobes as weapons in the technique called Ninpo Earlobe Crackers. He holds up a small symbol card to declare that prisoners have failed.12913

Fukurokuju confronts a woman inside Orochi Castle and gives her one chance to explain herself before his squad appears. The Orochi Oniwabanshu burst onto the scene in a cloud of smoke and debris with weapons drawn while a sign identifies them as the personal ninja squad of Wano country's shogun.1415

Fukurokuju once shared service under the Kozuki family with Shinobu before his later allegiance to Orochi. Shinobu recounts that Fukurokuju refused to bow to the Kurozumi family and was executed according to accounts, though he is later seen alive as ex-captain. Fukurokuju remains locked in a jutsu standoff with Raizo on the third floor while flames rise around them. He tells Raizo to release his paralysis jutsu because the winner has already been decided and states that if this is what Raizo wants so be it but fate was not on Raizo's side.36
