Hyogoro
Hyogoro is a short elderly prisoner and former yakuza boss known as Hyogoro of the Flowers. He served as the face of Wano country's underworld twenty years ago and controlled all underworld dealings in the Flower Capital. Hyogoro holds allegiance to the memory of Kozuki Oden and works toward restoring order in Wano by leading samurai and yakuza forces against Kaido and Orochi. He is known for his chivalry, refusal to betray allies, and mastery of Wano's haki equivalent called ryuo.
Hyogoro demonstrates lasting loyalty by protecting those who aid him and by rejecting demands to serve Orochi even at the cost of his life and the lives of his men. In prison he forms a bond with Luffy that leads to shared battles and instruction in advanced combat techniques. His actions during the raid on Onigashima highlight his willingness to expend his remaining life force for the cause.

During the raid on Onigashima Hyogoro organizes forces with Shishilian and declares intent to lead the samurai of Wano. He later transforms after virus exposure and fights until he becomes an ice demon. He asks allies to end his life if he loses control and leaves the rest to them with no regrets.1617
Relationships
