A detailed map shows Onigashima as a giant horned skull embedded in the mountain range, with a castle inside. Narration explains: "THE GIANT SKULL IS PART OF THE MOUNTAIN RANGE, AND THERE'S A CASTLE INSIDE. THANKS TO THE BLUEPRINTS WE MANAGED TO ACQUIRE, WE KNOW THERE'S A SECRET PATH BEHIND THE CASTLE. ONIGASHIMA IS AN ISLAND SURROUNDED BY MOUNTAINS!! THE ONLY WAY TO GET IN IS THROUGH THE MAIN DOOR." The alliance fleet sails through rough seas toward the island. "AND ATTACK KAIDO WHEN HE IS DRUNK!! WE ARE GOING TO SEPARATE OUR FORCES INTO TWO, MAKE THEM GO AROUND THE SKULL, AND ENTER THE CASTLE THROUGH THE SECRET ENTRANCE..." Kin'emon, sweating and wide-eyed, reacts in shock with a loud "HUHI!" while an ally growls, "HE'S STILL OVERESTIMATING YOU!!" Another figure notes, "I SEE, SO THAT WAS THE DECOY STRATEGY MEANT TO TRICK KANJURO..."

Inside the meeting room, Law stands with crossed arms as Kin'emon and the samurai discuss the plan. "ALONGSIDE ME, STRAW HAT-YA AND EUSTASS. THE ONES THEY WANT TO ELIMINATE ARE YOU, THE RED SCABBARDS!! FIRST OF ALL! LET'S ASSUME THE ENEMY IS AWARE OF THE RAID... CERTAINLY. AND SO, WE CAN MAKE THE TROOPS ADVANCE ON THE BOTH SIDE AS PLANNED. THESE GOOD-FOR-NOTHINGS WILL MAKE FOR A GOOD DIVERSION!!! HOWEVER, THEY WILL BE BAIT TOO!! WHO WILL CHARGE IN THROUGH THE FRONT!! THERE'LL ALWAYS BE TWO IDIOTS... NO MATTER WHICH COURSE OF ACTION WE OPT FOR..." A diagram labels "LEFT IDIOTS" and "RIGHT IDIOTS" with the skull symbol. Kin'emon shouts, "WHAT WILL THE RED SCABBARDS DOI!" An older samurai with goggles replies, "MEANT TO SEND KIN' AND THE OTHERS TO WHERE THEY NEED TO BE, BUT... Law continues explaining: "WE'LL BE ABLE TO AVOID THE WHIRLPOOLS THAT USUALLY PREVENT ANY OTHER LANDING. IF WE GO AROUND THE ISLAND USING THE SUBMARINE... I CAN THEN SEND ALL OF YOU ONTO THE ISLAND USING MY ABILITY. THEY'LL TRAVERSE BY SEA!!" Kin'emon agrees, "GOT IT. WE'LL HIT KAIDO... WITH EVERY THING WE HAVE!!" The group debates routes: "ONE FOR THE RIGHT AND ANOTHER FOR THE LEFT!! TAKE THE MOUNTAIN ROUTE THEN... INDEED...! WE SHALL TAKE THE MOUNTAIN ROUTE THEN... IT'S NECESSARY FOR ME TO LEAD OUR MAIN TROOPS. HMM, THAT IS VERY KIND OF YOU, LAW-DONO, BUT..." An exclamation interrupts: "OI, THE STRAW HATS' SHIP AIN'T HERE!!" Kin'emon smiles confidently, "I EXPECTED NOTHING LESS OF YOU, KIN'EMON. TRULY A GENIUS AT DEVISING STRATAGEMS!! GOOD! GOOD! JUST AS WE PLANNED FROM THE BEGINNING, THE PLAN IS NOW SET IN STONE!!"

IF THEY WERE TO REALIZE THAT THE RAID IS HAPPENING, THEN...!! OH NO! I STILL HAVEN'T WARNED YOU ABOUT THE GUARDIANS OF THE GATE! WHAAA AATI!"
