Pica is the Chief Officer of the Donquixote Family who leads the Pica Army Special Ops Unit. He serves directly under Donquixote Doflamingo with fellow executives Trebol and Diamante. Pica is known for commanding stone-based forces and participating in the events that reshaped Dressrosa ten years ago.
As an elite officer Pica directs special operations and deploys large-scale stone constructs against challengers.
