Chapter 623 summary

They reach Foolshout Island where the crew bids Koala an emotional farewell at the village entrance. Rear Admiral Strawberry leads a Marine ambush that mortally wounds Tiger during the escape. The Sun Pirates steal a Marine ship but learn Tiger's rare blood type requires a human transfusion he refuses. Tiger reveals he was once a slave in Mariejoa and begs the crew not to pass on their rage or tragedy to Fishman Island.
