Arlong
Arlong is a sawshark fishman who captains the Arlong Pirates and rules the area around Arlong Park. He maintains a bounty of 20,000,000 beli as the highest in East Blue and directs fishmen subordinates in operations that include collecting money from humans. His past includes time as a crewmate of Jinbe in the Sun Pirates before forming his own group and heading to the East Blue where he enforces control through strength and exploitation.
Arlong is known for declaring fishmen superior to humans and for his repeated confrontations with those who challenge his rule. He accuses Nami of betrayal while relying on her cartography skills and laughs loudly when asserting that money makes the world go round.
