What happens in chapter 119

Suddenly he spots Nami and brightens, "I DIDN'T KNOW WHICH WAY OUR SHIP WAS SO I WAS WONDERING WHAT TO DO... NAMI! GREAT TIMING!" Nami turns with a surprised "AH!" and later appears in another panel saying "HELLOI" while Usopp reacts with "HMI" In the final panel Sanji arrives dramatically, asking "WHAT ARE YOU DOING OUT HEREI BY THE WAY," as the dinosaur reacts with motion lines and the sound effect "ドーン" echoes.
