04
At the Royal Palace, Trebol asks Law, "Why'd you stop me?" after Law interrupts him. Law says all he was trying to do was smash Doflamingo's head in. Luffy sums it up bluntly: "Law's fucking head in!" The narration tags the scene as arch enemies: the final battle, Luffy vs. Doflamingo. As Luffy and Doflamingo clash, the force explodes across the palace and even through the Birdcage area. Trebol reacts, "What! A clash of Haoshoku Haki!?" and someone says, "That snot nose punk has it too!?"
05
Luffy and Doflamingo trade a direct Haki-laced blow, and the burst knocks nearby people unconscious. Trebol asks, "They all passed out?" and identifies it: "That's Haki! Heeey~ Haoshoku Haki!" A wounded observer realizes that Straw Hat has it too. Zoro, watching from elsewhere, frames it as proof: "It is proof of one who has the qualities of a king! Doflamingo... You are heaven's chosen!" The page reinforces that the final fight is not only physical but also a clash between two people with Conqueror's Haki.
06
Trebol remembers the day the executives found young Doflamingo. In the flashback, he places a gun and a Devil Fruit before the boy and says, "If yer' a man, it's time you tested yourself. Got someone you want dead? Shall I give him the power to exact revenge?" Doflamingo answers that there are too many to count. In the present, Trebol laughs that Doffy is different and that Luffy will never be a match for him. He explains that Doflamingo's birth fostered his madness and his fate invoked his rage: "They have made this man into a monolithic yaksha!" A note explains yaksha as a Sanskrit Buddhist term meaning demon.
07
The fight continues at high speed with very little dialogue. Doflamingo spins and lashes out with his long leg and threads while Luffy tries to stay close enough to keep attacking. Luffy is driven through the air and then twists back toward Doflamingo, while Law watches and trembles from his injuries. The page's action shows Doflamingo still moving sharply despite Gamma Knife, proving that his emergency thread treatment has kept him dangerous enough to match Luffy in close combat.
08
Luffy presses the attack, swinging heavy Haki-coated blows into Doflamingo as the two exchange impacts in the air. Doflamingo absorbs, redirects, and counters through his strings and movement, refusing to give Luffy a clean finish. The panels are mostly impact SFX and motion lines, with Law still tracking the fight from below. The sequence emphasizes that Luffy has raw power and anger on his side, but Doflamingo's durability, speed, and string techniques are still enough to keep the battle even.
09
Luffy is knocked back but immediately starts another technique: "Gomu Gomu no..." Doflamingo watches with blood running down his face. Luffy names the attack "Eagle..." while forming a large Haki-enhanced strike. He launches the blow toward Doflamingo with a roaring impact, trying to drive through Doflamingo's defense before the wounded warlord can recover fully. The page keeps the focus on Luffy's momentum and Doflamingo's grim composure as the attack builds into Eagle Bazooka.
10
Luffy completes the attack as "Bazooka!" and sends the force blasting outward with a "Fwissh" and huge impact. Doflamingo reacts and then counters with his own technique: "Athlete Thread!" A side note says the kanji read "the shining thread." The threads cut and whip through the space, letting Doflamingo avoid being cleanly finished and shift back into offense. Luffy and Law both remain in the danger zone as Doflamingo's string power carves through the battlefield.
11
Doflamingo's Athlete Thread slams through the palace area with a massive "Boooom," tossing debris and cutting across the fighters' path. Luffy and Law are thrown around by the shock of the attack. Trebol laughs, "Beeehehehe!" while Luffy, still rattled, asks, "What the hell is this?" The page shows Doflamingo's threads working at battlefield scale, creating dangerous cutting lanes that make it hard for either Luffy or the badly wounded Law to move freely.
12
Trebol pins Law down and keeps insulting him: "You fool! Don't for a second think that someone like you could ever defeat Doffy!" Law snarls, "Doffy! I'll keep this one down! Damn it! Let me go, you bastard!" Luffy shouts for Trebol to flatten Law's head while he can, but Law tells Luffy to fight Doflamingo because Law cannot even move a millimeter anymore. Trebol's sticky body smothers and restrains Law, and Law complains, "This damn bastard is so clingy! I resent that... I'm sticky!"
13
Luffy tries to hit Trebol with Busoshoku Haki, assuming he is a Logia user, but the attack does not work as expected. Luffy says, "Wha-!? What's going on!? If you're a Logia user then I should be able to hit you with Busoshoku Haki!" Trebol laughs, "It's useless!" and answers, "Am I really a Logia? That won't work on me!" Doflamingo tells Luffy it is pointless to fight that papier-mache, shithead fool. Trebol fires back at Doflamingo for calling him that, then declares that top executives are the cornerstones of the Family and launches "Sticky Stick Launcher!!"
14
As Trebol attacks, he shouts that Doffy shall always be the supreme king. He says that when Doflamingo is among the current top executives, he is as one of them. Trebol remembers how, about thirty years ago, the top executives found someone of peerless potential and took him under their wings. "We four gave him power, we raised him... we groomed him into 'evil's champion.'" The four executives promised, "Doffy... you have what it takes to be a king. Doffy... we shall heed your every word. In return... show us your dreams!"
15
The flashback continues with young Doflamingo wounded and full of hatred. Asked where he got that wound, he says some thugs assaulted him and he wishes they would just die. Trebol laughs and says he understands. The executives kneel before Doflamingo and tell him, "Know this, Doffy. You are a king. None shall stand before you. You are the man that will one day... rule as king of this sea!" The image of a child Doflamingo standing atop wreckage shows how the executives fed his cruelty and ambition rather than restraining it.
16
Trebol insists that the executives protected Doflamingo all this time like his family: "We lifted Doffy up as our king and showed his grace and majesty to his underlings! But us five, we thought of him as one of us! As family!" Law answers that Trebol is the only one who thinks that. He says that, from where he stands, Trebol and his attempts at playing the trustworthy staff leader are nothing more than foolish flailings of a puppet whose strings Doflamingo is happily pulling. Trebol coughs and rages, while Law opens his Room again and Luffy warns not to let Trebol bait him.
17
Trebol screams "Pikyaaaaa!!" as Law uses "Tact!" and yanks or manipulates Trebol's arm and body through the Room. Trebol threatens, "Now, just try and open that mouth of yours once more! I'll drive this through your throat and skewer you like the piece of meat you are!" He adds that he happens to be captain of his own ship and cannot leave both Law and Straw Hat-ya alive or he will not be able to face his own men. Law flicks his finger and uses Tact; Trebol suddenly realizes, "His arm?!" A note explains that the German kanji read "death by fire."
18
Luffy notices that Trebol is bleeding after getting cut and asks how that can be. The scene then cuts away from the palace to the Smile Factory and the Level 4 Flower Fields, where people all suddenly look toward the city in unison. Leo asks what the matter is, and someone says, "I... can't really explain it other than... my heart suddenly feels... lighter..." At the factory, the dwarves say they have finished destroying it and now need to haul their asses away from the shrinking cage. The shift shows Doflamingo's grip weakening while the Birdcage still threatens everyone.
19
Back at the Royal Palace, Trebol's true body is revealed as a skinny man hidden inside the huge mass of sticky goo. Luffy shouts, "Where did that skinny-ass guy show up from?!" and realizes, "So that's why my punches went straight through him!" Trebol coughs and says Law will be joining him in hell, while Doflamingo calls Law a damned fool. Law curses Trebol as the goo begins to ignite. Luffy realizes the danger: "Shit! He's gonna light all this goo on fire!" The closing caption reads, "An unexpected self-destruction! What has become of Law in that huge explosion?!"
