Dalton
Dalton is the captain of Drum Island civilian militia who later becomes king of Sakura Kingdom. He guards the island against pirates using his instincts and leads armed villagers in defense of the land. Dalton is known for confronting Wapol after the country's destruction by pirates and for his role in guiding visitors to medical help while warning of dangers in the Drum Rockies.
Dalton transforms using the Ushi Ushi no Mi Model Bison during conflicts and works to prevent needless fighting in later battles. He maintains a stern demeanor while interacting with figures like Vivi and Dr. Kureha across different kingdoms.
Appearance
Dalton wears a coat labeled DKG along with heavy winter gear including a fur collar and striped hat during his time guarding Drum Island. He rides a large horned animal covered in thick fur through snowy town streets while carrying a large weapon.12

Dalton acts as the lead authority figure confronting pirates on Drum Island and orders the ship to depart while threatening to force it to leave. He agrees to guide the Straw Hats to town after they request a doctor.111
Dalton first encounters outsiders when their ship reaches the snowy shore of Drum Island. He questions who will search for a doctor after noting the presence of people and orders the crew to leave the island and turn around immediately.
